RECONSTRUCTION OF LOST OR DESTROYED GREEN CARD
WHEREAS Omar Makuri, of P.O. Box 333, Kaloleni in the
Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land
situate in the district of Malindi, registered under title No. Kilifi
Pangani/674, and whereas the green card in respect thereof is lost and
efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given
that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I
intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the green card as provided
under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been
received within that period.
